Many of my clients have told me that they were sick of "cheap, top surface only cleaning" their carpets and upholstery received from other carpet cleaning companies.  You know what they mean...the kind of cleaning where the spots come back a few days after you pay good money to have them professionally cleaned (or after you do it yourself).
