It is strange to me that despite promise, a fee has been levied which is unjustified and illogical. Now I have blocked my credit card on 26th of March '07 and sent them the card in 2 pieces at their head office in Karachi (through their drop box) and have put-up a complaint with their Service Quality Assurance Unit at MCB Towers, 8th Floor, I.I. CHundrigar Road, Karachi.

MCB Credit Card - Disparity in service
It is strange to me that despite promise, a fee has been levied which is unjustified and illogical.
